The Wealth Advisor, CFP® is a salaried position that offers the opportunity for bonuses and growth within the firm. As a primary point of contact, the Wealth Advisor will be responsible for closing qualified prospects, managing new and existing client relationships, and formulating and implementing advice. This key player will act as a team player and methodical business leader, working closely as a trusted advisor serving the sophisticated needs of individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional client experience from the beginning of engagement throughout the planning process
- Develop financial strategies designed to meet the specific needs and concerns of niche clientele
- Coordinate client service needs with internal team members, custodians, as well as external business partners as needed
- Facilitate potential and existing client meetings to create and implement comprehensive financial plans
- Maintain a pulse on every client, staying a step ahead of their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Serve as an integral member of the organization’s financial delivery team, staying at the forefront of key financial, investment, and risk management concepts and providing mentorship and education to prospects, clients, alliances, and team members
- Provide daily support to the financial delivery team, conducting financial planning research and assisting in the preparation of customized comprehensive financial plans and portfolios for clients
- Direct and monitor workflows required to provide an exceptional client experience
- Stay current on products, services, and regulations that could impact our clients
- Leverage local centers of influence to extend our referral network while continuously looking for opportunities to establish relationships with potential prospects, clients, and strategic partners
- Participate in the design and execution of key marketing initiatives, facilitating client involvement
- Represent the organization externally by attending and/or presenting at client and alliance events
- NO Sales Quotas or Expectations of Existing Book of Business to transfer
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of industry experience, specifically in Financial Planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics preferred
- CFP® Designation required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for building strong relationships
- This position does NOT require portable AUM
