One of Houston's leading advertising and marketing technology platform that collectively delivers marketing solutions is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. The Account Manager will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. This role is focused on campaign launch and project management, client communications, reporting and analytics, performance optimization, and finding revenue growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of assigned campaigns across 30+ clients, managing budgets, timelines, and communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and keeping them informed through clear and concise communication.
- Facilitate smooth campaign launches, onboarding clients, reviewing materials, and collaborating with internal teams like ad ops and copywriters.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure on-time delivery, track deadlines, and proactively address potential challenges.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement bi-weekly adjustments to optimize results.
- Proactively find opportunities to generate additional revenue by identifying upsell potential and presenting to sales managers.
- Conduct mid-campaign audits to provide insightful reports and recommendations to the sales team.
- Generate insightful reports and presentations, presenting key findings to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain 85% yearly client retention and renewal rate.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of agency experience, preferably in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships.
- Data-driven problem solver with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
- Proactive and organized, with a meticulous eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, etc.) and Google Suite is required.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
