A Houston-based investment management advisory firm with almost $1B AUM is adding an experienced Client Service Associate to support current and ongoing growth. The CSA is responsible for maintaining advisor and client files, client reports, contacting clients to provide or obtain updated information, scheduling meetings with professional staff and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen all telephone calls, voicemails, and emails accordingly
- Prepare all account paperwork, check pending account maintenance items, log all requests from clients and business partners pertaining to account administration in Junxure
- Organize, scan, and maintain all paper and electronic client files
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure tasks, requests, and questions are addressed in a timely manner
- Follow up on NIGOs and ensure issues are resolved in a timely & efficient manner
- Perform regular maintenance for existing clients including initiating contributions, distributions, wires, transfers, rollovers, etc.
- Continually search for ways to improve the company’s processes to maximize efficiency
- Administrative tasks such as formatting our quarterly email blasts, auditing to ensure receipts filed match expenses on the transaction report, downloading and filing monthly statements, and conducting quarterly compliance audits
- Assist with projects upon requests and log them into Junxure, inputting and adding new prospects
- Develop key objectives to complete based on business demands and manage all assigned tasks to achieve in the best order, based on urgency
Qualifications
- Advanced experience with Charles Schwab is highly preferred
- Minimum two years financial services industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Proficient in industry-specific CRM & Microsoft Office Suite
- Aptitude with leveraging workflows within a financial services CRM
- Previous experience working in the financial services industry and familiarity with account types, service requests, paperwork
- Strong acumen for excellent client service
- High attention to detail, organized, and process oriented
- Tactical thinker, problem solver, and resourceful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy
